The rooms are nicely decorated and have a modern touch. the bathrooms are excellent 🚿. You can enjoy a pleasant view of the garden from the rooms. the location is great as it's really close to the beach, giving off a contemporary vibe.

overall the hotel is nice place to spend some nights with your wife, friends, and children. Regard the hotel is clean and service people are very kind. I recommended this hotel for everyone needs to be in relax

The hygiene and cleanliness in the dining room was exceptional. Tables were always clean and utensils were readily available. The lunch at the beach was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was wonderful in plaza hotel,I realy enjoyed my stay,the food in the resturant beach was the best.

Best thing about this hotel is that is pretty cheap. Rooms are nice and spacious with nice furniture and large LCD TV. We had a corner room with large (about 15sqm) balcony. Outdoor swimming pool is excellent.

On the last night dinner, he put an order, eat our food and still didn't receive our drinks. After my intervention to the chef, they brought it after 5 minutes, which I refused to take. Food is average African stile with some European add-ons. Meals are too late, especially when you are with kids. Lunch begins at 13.30 and dinner at 20.00. There is no kids menu. They are short of kids chairs. Pool bar is open from 11AM until 6PM? Toilet/bathroom ventilation is not good at all. Common toilets are pretty dirty and smelly. Showers by the pool are with low pressure, so they could not really do the job. Showers on the beach do not exist, which really made us a problem with salt on the skin. Access with a baby trolley to the sun beds on the beach is a hard, because there is not arranged wooden access and the beach is sandy – you have to carry everything yourself. Entertainment team is made of mostly man with 2 women. They do not work hard enough to do their job. Most of the time, they just sit with the guests and drink. Once, 1 of 2 women, invited kids to join the kids club. We came and the kids end up playing with me, while she was chatting with some guy, without interest to entertain kids at all. On the top of that kids club is poorly equipped. One day was very windy so we wanted to use indoor swimming pool. The entry door of that one for that purpose was shut, and the other one (nice one from the pictures provided) is from the spa and you need to pay 25TN (~14EUR) for entry fee. Disappointing really. Free internet access in lobby was working first 3 days and then stopped to work. When we needed it the most we couldn't use it. The biggest surprise was on the check-out. I booked hotel thought booking website and expected to take the money from my card. But I was mistaking. They told me that they only do the reservation and take cancellation fee, but do not charge the card itself. Luckily, I had the enough cash with me and paid.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a beautiful location. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome. The hotel itself had everything I could have asked for - a stunning view, a wide variety of dining options, and a range of activities to keep me entertained.

The only thing that i could complain about is that the hotel management are switching the Central A/C off at night with a temperature that had gone over 35 degrees. My little son had almost drown in his own sweat. If they have kept the A/C on during the hole night, it would have made my sleep over at the hotel a very nice experience.
